About Your Dentist

Kelly Phillips, DDS

Dr. Kelly Phillips received her dental degree at the University of Iowa and then spent 4 years working for a group practice in the Twin Cities. She then decided to return to her hometown in the Iowa Great Lakes to be closer to family and friends. She and her husband, Eric, have two children Eli and Reese. When away from the practice Dr. Phillips enjoys spending time with her family, boating, traveling and running. Dr. Phillips enjoys many aspects of dentistry and in particular the daily interaction she has with all of her patients.

Savannah Bowen, DDS

My Mission

“My mission is to provide quality comprehensive dental care in a welcoming and comfortable setting. My top priorities are to collaborate with patients to restore and maintain their dental health and empower patients through education. I strive to continuously advance my knowledge to ensure that each patient receives the individualized and attentive care that they deserve.”

St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN: Magna Cum Laude -- Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Biomedical Studies

University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN: Doctorate of Dental Surgery

Dr. Bowen has completed additional education and clinical rotations in Geriatric and Special Needs Dentistry. 

Professional Memberships

Dr. Bowen is an active member of Delta Sigma Delta (DSD), the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the Christian Medical Dental Association (CMDA).

Life & Hobbies

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bowen enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors--running, hiking, biking, and being with family and friends. Her hobbies include calligraphy, music, baking, and discovering new coffee shops.

Jerry Johnson, DDS

Dr. Johnson received his dental degree at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, spent three years in the Army Dental Corps at Fort Riley, Kansas, and then moved here with his wife and children in 1988. He enjoys helping people through dentistry and is happy to provide a wide range of dental services. He and his wife, Jari, appreciate the opportunity to participate in dental missions in Romania and most recently in Bolivia. When he is not helping people through dentistry, he enjoys exercising, hunting and making custom knives. Dr. Johnson has recently been published by Blade knife making magazine for his recent accomplishments.
